WHO WE ARE

Inclusion Bridgehead works alongside organizations who want to match their intentions for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with their actions and impact. More companies are realizing that winners of the future are those who leverage the increasing social diversity in consumers and their workforce to everyone's advantage.


We provide clearly different DEI consulting by going beyond compliance, awareness and skills training. For organizations open to transformation, we provide holistic services. We co-create these changes with clients towards building an inclusion bridgehead, which is a target organizational area that achieves DEI transformation. An inclusion bridgehead is a target workplace where DEI has a secure foothold, before spreading the changes to other areas. A bridgehead approach means doing more than ad hoc training, employee resource groups, or sponsoring community events. It means aligning these DEI activities with business objectives, and institutionalizing practical business changes. This end-to-end implementation in the inclusion bridgehead serves as living proof to other organizational areas.
